Dear Friends of Wisconsin Farm Families:
For many years Wisconsin’s faith community has been very generous in
support of family farms that are struggling to survive. The
Wisconsin Farmers Foundation, Inc. has been a
vehicle for providing such support. After many years
of making grants to farmers; sponsoring retreats for farm couples; and
encouraging education about farm and rural issues, the
Wisconsin
Farmers Foundation has decided to cease operation. We encourage donors who wish to support farm families to make
contributions to Harvest of Hope and to the Churches Center
for Land and People. We invite your congregation to assist Wisconsin farm
families with offerings from your Thanksgiving worship service. We
encourage you to consider sending your contribution to one (or both) of
the following:
